In her previous works Mona Reich has tested new ways of material use both in woven samples and fabrics as well as in a conceptional research. The use of unconventional materials results in well-thought-out textiles that have a simple aesthetic despite their expressive character. Various influences from longer work-related stays in Scotland and Jordan and experiences from the study of Islamic Studies flow into her approach to design that aims to create a healthy environment all along the product chain till the final use and up to waist management and reuse.
